@divay_malik @Sunny29223375 Depends on what you consider phase 1. If it's Gaimukh to Vijay Garden then yes it's not a part. If it's till Cadbury Junction then definitely it is a part of phase 1. Regardless, the stalled work since months is not helping the larger cause at all.

@AmazonHelp I did try that, also called up the contact centre. They are unable to do it and asked me to reject the delivery when it arrives which I don't want to do. Writing to the SM team with a lot of hope for a speedy resolution.

@AkasaAir I travelled via QP1820 on 9/12/25 upon arrival at Munbai airport I find my bag has a big dent. Reached out to support staff (Misbah) she offered a compensation of ₹1500 which I rejected outright as the bag was a borrowed one and was worth much more. (1/3)
