Just heard back from NB Power.

-F'ton Power outage started at 4:30am after a "large piece of plastic landed and wrapped itself around transmission lines on Vanier Blvd"
- As they were fixing that "the substation on Aberdeen tripped several times"
- Should be resolved by 7:30am
