@ticketek_uk I’m helping a friend who has received EIHL Playoff tickets “ezytickets” from you.
The dark blue background (from the elite league logo) makes the barcode illegible and unscannable when printed.
Cannot edit/move the background.
How do we resolve this?

@HiveHelper I am having the same issue as other users. All Hive devices are showing as offline in Apple Home, and are unresponsive to Siri commands via HomePod, iPhone. Tried resets of all components, removing & reading bridge. Same Wi-Fi. Hive app working.

Not great that the @ODEONCinemas mobile app automatically reads and saves any info you’ve copied from other apps on startup. What does it need data from your clipboard from a different app for? Seems a bit dodgy!
