The Ukrainian gov & army will be dismantled; an apolitical Ukrainian committee selected by Russia, Iran & China will run gov under a Board of Peace chaired by Tony Blair & Trump

Russia will occupy half of Ukraine & withdraw in stages ONLY when Ukraine poses no threat whatsoever to Russia; the Russian army will maintain a buffer zone on 15% of Ukraine.

Ukraine will be a deradicalized terror-free zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbours; an International Stabilization Force will be deployed in Ukraine to police the population & maintain the security of Russia.

A reformed Ukrainian gov will be allowed at some point to take over the country conditioned on dropping any lawsuits against Russia or Putin at the International Criminal Court and not joining any international treaties or UN bodies without Russia's permission.

How does that sound? Now think of all the liberals shouting "why don't Palestinians just accept this deal to stop the killing & destruction?"

I'm made to understand that you are a difficult man to advise but here me out @WilliamsRuto .

Whereas I can't promise you that this will stop the demonstrations , I can assure you that these steps can help reduce the heat.

1. Wake up to reality. No one is funding the protest. The sooner you accept this , the better !

2. DON'T form a government of national unity. If you want to see the mother of all demonstrations, try making these youths feel like their comrades died for those corrupt politicians to take offices !

Instead, appoint a very small cabinet of non politicians. And since I can't underestimate your ignorance on running a government , appoint people in fields that they are aware of.
DON'T appoint a security expert as the CS for health & a doctor as the CS for internal security. We don't want to have another @Nakhumicha_S .

3. Condemn police brutality and have arrested all the killer cops . Compensate those killed ! We know you don't care . You are very familiar with 2007/8. But for once , pretend to care !

4. Engage these youths on X and other social sites . It's possible to go live on multiple social media sites . Fire @OleItumbi if he can't help. Don't use betrayers to host you on this. We all know you are never clean but atleast put on white gloves and pretend to be clean. Spend a whole day engaging them directly and act on their issues with immediate effect!
5. Hold a national day to remember those of us who died in this struggle. Let us go to the streets peacefully and march in their memories. Give an Oky to that across all counties!

I don’t understand how SRC came to decide that medical interns stipends be at Kshs 50,000/- to 70,000/-.

In 2016/2017, together with SRC we did a thorough job comparing countries of similar economic status, investment in education, complexity of job, value of job in generating impact (revenue, savings in other drs who would have been employed if interns were not there, patient outcomes, etc).

We documented and it is fact that interns are 27% of health workforce. Imagine 27% of all money we would pay to workers if interns were not there.

You know how much health workers cost now? It is 87 B a year. Summed up for all Counties and minus Referral Hospitals. A third of 87 B would be near 30 B Kshs.

So interns are saving Kenya 30 B and we want to argue that 5B is way too much to pay them. A mere 16% of what they are saving the taxpayer?

Further, we compared intern salaries with countries of similar economic status.

Plus interns actually work.

See how we came up with the figures in the CBA?

May lightening strike scrotums and ovaries failing this country and unnecessarily provoking doctors.
