Peyton Manning on Leadership.

"It is not just about you."

"The best teams I played on, the best players practiced the hardest."

Winning FOR each other is contagious.

It is what being a great TEAMMATE is all about.

EASY DOESN'T CREATE GREATNESS 🏆

"I didn't have an easy experience.

I didn't have 'come in as a top-rated recruit'

I didn't come in with the opportunity to play right away.

3 things in life never come back once they're gone:

-your time
-your words
-your opportunities

So-

-invest your time in things and people that matter
-choose your words wisely and speak positively
-live with no regrets

Three tournaments in 8 days!! 16-0-1 record ! G8 bracket Winner! US Nationals Winner! and now Maryland Cup winner!!! This was not an easy task, playing some of the top teams in the country, fighting very hot and humid conditions. So So proud of every player!

No, running won't ruin your knees. But nearly half of U.S. adults end up with knee osteoarthritis anyway, so *something* is ruining knees! I asked a bunch of experts what we can do to preserve and protect our knees before they start failing.
