Also it is good idea to be part of nature as much as we can, feeling the grass, taking a hike, play in the field, beach or mud.
Processed food is killing the diversification, like processed cheese not equal to natural cheese.
Today I was watching a Netflix documentary on Gut health, it was really interesting. Studies show people who eat 20-30 plant types (fruits, vegetables) a week have a more diverse microbiome than those who eat <10. That means better metabolism, more energy.
So the secret to a thriving gut microbiome isn't just probiotics. Also not just any probiotics, we need variety there too, to introduce variants.
Earlier, I was making curd after mixing different curds from the market, seems it was a good idea, as they use different stains.
@Flipkart sent us a different item this time than what was ordered. Our fault - we weren't at the parental home at that time, and the parents didn't open the box until we came back.
