The most appalling and incompetent service imaginable!!!
4 mouths in, still not resolved.
Stuck in a loop of incompetence!!

#Capitalcom have called the UK customer service number, at varies intervals between 8am and 10pm (UK time) The message is “due to heavy volume of calls plz try later” Must be seriously understaffed. My account is frozen with no end in site. Absolutely appalling customer service
