@Delta @Starbucks My best friend was offered $1000 dollars to give up her seat on an overbooked flight and she never received her money and has been lead in circles and put on hold for hours by your customer service. Delta, stop stealing money from your customers.

One reason @MBLScience is so unique is how many new friends you get to make and share science with. I loved getting to chat with @roo_weed and @ca_pfister about microbial mats and show them some of the Wilbanks Lab research. Cathy is clearly a professional photographer.
