Unpopular opinion: Don't do your best, do what is required. I'm not going to pretend that I came up with this (shoutout to @AlexHormozi ) but it's a piece of advice that has stuck with me.

In sales, if that means working 60+ hour weeks to reach your quota, then make it happen.
