@almaraabgarian And depending on the area, what traffic and noise is like.

For example, I once had a flat a 10 mins walk away from Arsenal’s ground. When Coldplay played there I could here it, so just check on noise levels and decide if you’d be happy with that.

@almaraabgarian Ask if there’s been any noise complaints made by the tenants or owners of the property you’re viewing. I think they’re meant to stipulate this by law, but good to ask.

Ask about the landlord(s) and what they’re like.

If there’s parking I’d ask about that situation.

The hotels we stayed in were the Premier Inn in Seaton, Devon, and the Premier Inn at Newcastle Metro Centre.

This evening my best friend proposed to me at @nationalrailenq Oxford Train Station in front of the lift we had our first kiss at.
