@EvanHafer@blckriflecoffee As a fellow veteran and Idahoan, I dig your vibe @EvanHafer , but all the ECS roasts have been light. I want dark chocolate and smoke in my roast. I’ll keep buying the five alarm for the station though.
In the state of Wyoming, USA, lies a real hydrological oddity. It's a small stream (creek) that is thought to be one of a just a few examples in the world. It is placed so precariously and perfectly that it's hard to believe it is able to exist.

Abdikerm Eidleh was an alleged ringleader of one of the largest fraud scandals in the history of the country - orchestrating a massive $250 million scheme to steal critical food resources from vulnerable Americans who needed it and spent the money on luxury cars and mansions, as shameless as it gets.
But thanks to a brilliant op from this FBI and our great partners - we got him in Somalia, and he will now face justice.
To date the FBI has systematically dismantled the ‘Feeding our Future’ web of corruption and arrested over 70 members in the case - we will continue working every single day to wipe out fraud across the country.
@HotshotWake Looking at SW Idaho and most of OR, those numbers are being propped up by dismally low snowpacks at elevations above 8,000 feet. I think it’s even worse than that.
The view from the top of Masonic Mountain, home to one of dozens of radio transmitter sites across the Forest. Our team of radio technicians monitors these sites around the clock to ensure our radio communications for wildland fire fighters are operational and ready to go, 24/7.
@Hotshot_Movie USDA declined to participate. Speculation around the water cooler is because of the sheer size relative to the DOI fire agencies. Let Secy Burgum figure it out with his agencies, and if it works then we’ll jump in.
New Episode Out, On Today’s Show:
A new study on Meals Ready To Eat, MREs, was done by the organazation Mom’s Across America. These meals are carried and eaten by wildland firefighters across America. I’ve eaten hundreds, if not thousands, of them. Mom’s Across America provided 24 different MRE items to 3rd-party independent laboratories for testing. The results… much worse than you could imagine.
Some items contained 17,300% the safe aluminum levels, very high levels of lead and mercury in certain drink powders, apples with 27 pesticides on them, some of which are banned. They found levels of Trenbolone manufactured in China in food items, a very strong anabolic steroid with horrific side effects.
I cover the entire study and the items they tested. They now warn of severe health issues from bioaccumulation of these chemicals, including cancers, birth defects, in utero defects, androgenizing females, and violent tendencies.
They offer solutions to change this food system and lay out the minimal costs required.
The Moms Across America study (Feb 2026) tested 40 military meals/MREs and found 100% with heavy metals: aluminum up to 34,800 ppb (17,300% over EPA's 200 ppb guideline), lead up to 8.97 ppb, mercury up to 1.2 ppb. Pesticides in 100%, e.g., applesauce with 1,300+ ppb total (up to 26 types, some banned). Trenbolone (banned steroid) at 47 ppb in beef stick. They warn of bioaccumulation risks like cancer, defects. No DoD response yet; independent verification pending. Critics note MAA's past studies faced methodology questions.
Mind blowing stat-line. Gavin Newsom just absolutely slammed the brakes on CA growth. Watch population growth fall off a cliff between 2015 & 2020 and then go NEGATIVE. Unreal how much he ruined Paradise.
