We unconsciously feels shame and guilt by that and that adds to the stress with these situations

A baby crying is a stressfull situation, most of the times mother grabing their baby is to stop that stressful situation, nothing wrong with that.

Girls is also affected by seeing their mothers and other moms got shamed a lot, it would undoubtly affect their psychology into their motherhood

While no such things are demanded from fathers. Women have always been made to be able to "multitask" while thats good its also very overwhelming
