Krishna says-
I am death that takes away all; and among things that are yet to be, I am the origin. Among women, I am fame, prosperity, speech, memory, intelligence, firmness, and forgiveness.
Now look at this carefully.
Right before this, Krishna says—“I am the origin of all that is yet to come.”
And immediately after that, He speaks about women.
That’s not a coincidence.
He’s reminding us—life and death are not even possible without the presence of a woman.
Whether male or female—every being takes birth through a woman.
And that is why, in Sanatana Dharma, motherhood is considered the prime dharma of a female.
Life begins in the womb of the mother, and ends in the womb of Dharti Mata—through cremation or burial.
It is the female shakti that holds both the beginning and the end.
