0.9.0 is here, and it brings the most wanted herdr feature:
all your machines running herdr, in a single client 🎉
control your agents and projects across local and remote machines without jumping between terminal tabs.
@mattpocockuk Your to-spec docs say specs become throwaway once the work ships. For local specs in .scratch/, what lifecycle would you recommend for good grep hygiene: delete them after extracting durable decisions, or archive them outside the repo?
@mattpocockuk Been running the main flow but realised I'd neglected context management. Re-read the docs — my read: after /to-tickets, /clear and start each ticket in a fresh session, since every ticket is self-contained. Did I get it right?
Harness Engineering: the missing pillar.\n\n2026 is the year we stop obsessing over model benchmarks and start building the control systems that make agents reliable in production.\n\nPrompt → Context → Harness. That's the evolution.
