@FACEITSupport We are stuck in a Catch-22 loop! My 16yo brother has his physical Gov ID ready to verify and lift his false-positive "smurf" ban.

When HE opens a ticket, a bot auto-closes it. When I write from my verified main account, you ignore it because "it's not my ban".

He only missed the 48h timer because he had to wait for his first physical Gov ID. He HAS IT NOW. Stop ignoring us and let a real human review this!

Undeniable proof: our accounts (iropzon & alburr) have played MANY matches TOGETHER at the same time! How is that a smurf?! We reported his lack of ID immediately due to his age. We have 2 physical IDs ready right now. A real human needs to fix this!
