You’d only need to cane a few and post the videos on social media—and watch crime levels plummet overnight.
It sounds harsh, but I’d argue that it’s actually less detrimental to a teenager than locking them up in an institution with other criminals.
With crime out of control in Victoria, it’s time for a change in attitude.
