@premierinn I’ve got a single booking with 3 rooms in 1 booking - am I able to move just 1 of the rooms to a different date without impacting the other 2 rooms in the booking?

@O2 your live chat bot doesn’t work. I’ve purchased a new monthly sim contract as a eSIM. I need to transfer my old number from the old contact, and cancel the old contract. The transfer pages on your site only seem to allow this for external networks. Please help
@greateranglia I submitted a Delay Repay Claim; I think I submitted the form wrong on my final leg of my journey putting the actual train I took instead of the one that was cancelled. It’s not letting me update my claim when I log in with my reference number.
@VirginAtlantic I’m missing reward points for a KLM Amsterdam flight I took with KLM, booked through the Virgin Red referral. I’ve tried to call and used the chat bot with no luck getting through to an agent. The missing points link is also not registering my ticket number
@TicketmasterUK been seeing this error for over a month and can’t access anything - not my account or any events for new purchase. Cant sign in because this message keeps popping up. I’ve tried both Wi-Fi & mobile data. How am I supposed to change my location if I’m just at home?
@premierinn Its very evident that your systems and teams are not connected. This is ridiculous. You also then randomly charged and refunded me for a random booking, as well as putting through a booking I didn’t know existed as it appeared to fail in real time. Please prioritise this urgently
