@sankles I really wish I had read this a long time ago! Particularly no.8. ‘Instinct’ is such a cop out. A way to erase mothers incredibly hard won knowledge and expertise. What is called ‘natural born instinct’ is a LOT experience which would be recognised and rewarded in any other job
