@gilly_french @OxfordCity I saw so many people waiting for a bus at the park and ride which was full by 12:30. Then to add to it, there’s roadworks outside spires hotel so bumper to bumper traffic on Abingdon rd and buses couldn’t get to them on time.

If you don't have a congestion charge permit, you have to pay within one day of passing though a permit point.

The scheme launches tomorrow.

There's no obvious way to pay.

Permits can 10 days to process. The website runs slow. The customer helpline can take an hour to answer.
