A few months ago, I sent a 3-lb flat package via UPS from SF to NYC. Cost: $23. A few days later, I was informed that UPS had “audited” my shipment. New weight: 200 lbs! New charge: $461! They refuse to admit their mistake and refund me the $461! UPS is pure evil. #downwithups
