@RoyalMail If you offer me an option to change delivery day and I change the delivery day, don’t deliver on the original day, leave the parcel in the wrong location and lie about where you left it. I used to choose Royal Mail delivery. Now I choose anyone else if I can

@Tesco you used to be able to do a multiple item search with a whole list if you were doing it on the website not the app. This function seems to have gone so now you have to enter each item one at a time. Wondering why the change as the multiple item search was much quicker.

@WestMidRailway why is the 16.33 from Liverpool lime street delayed? It left more or less on time and has now been sitting on the track just outside lime street for 10 mins with other trains going in and out and no announcements as to what’s happening. Can you help?

@goustocooking But it’s fine to give paper recipes to two person box people? Is that not also waste? And why would a one person box customer have to buy a cook book and a multi person box not. You’re clearly focused on a better experience for two people + orders. Good to know.

Crazy to think there used to be a time when you could just buy a standard train ticket and take your luggage. Just discovered that @AvantiWestCoast now has third class travel and you can only take limited luggage. I miss Virgin trains!

@sainsburys the chop chop app is literally the worst app I have ever used. I don’t know whether my order has been placed, have no confirmation and can’t get through to customer services. Absolutely useless!
