I ordered a baby tricycle from StarAndDaisy- Order #1125687 . Upon delivery and assembly, the product was found to have multiple defects, including:
• Rear wheel wobbling
• Missing parent handle cuff
• Misaligned footrest
• Damaged parent handle sponge
During a video inspection conducted by the company’s team, all of the above issues were acknowledged.
Subsequently, the response was revised, and replacement was denied on the grounds that the “design is not faulty.” For clarity, no concern was ever raised regarding the product design.
The complaint pertains strictly to manufacturing defects and damaged components, which were acknowledged during the video call.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, the company has now limited its acknowledgment to only the damaged sponge and is refusing replacement.
Denying resolution after defects have been confirmed through inspection raises serious concerns regarding grievance redressal practices. This approach effectively prevents genuine customer complaints from being addressed.

For context, My charging gun had failed within just 8 months of usage (only 264 hours), and the warranty card clearly listed charger + gun + cable. I had requested a free replacement since it was well within warranty.
