It wasn’t delivered by your team, it was personally been picked, collected and taken by me to my delivery address.

Extremely disappointing behaviour from support chat of @Swiggy

I ordered food worth INR 543 but the food was burnt and hence asked for a refund.

The support chat constantly pushes me for partial refund even though the entire food is burnt & not edible.
