👍 Next year's Budget returns £6.6m to Creative Scotland & recommits this funding.

👎 But after inflation, the culture budget will be 6% smaller than in 2022-3.

In February, thousands joined our campaign to speak out against a £6.6 million cut to Creative Scotland.

It worked. Ministers abandoned the cut.
But now they're bringing it back.

🚨 NEW: the decline in arts education at A-level has reached a new low.

Our analysis of today's results finds that arts subjects now account for a smaller proportion of A-level entries than at any time since 2010.

Over that period, there's been a 29% drop.
