Hey Menulog, for the record, it's not that they "couldn't complete my order".
The driver said they picked it up from the restaurant (they hadn't), drove around my neighbourhood for an hour+, then apparently picked up the food and marked it delivered (timestamped AN HOUR EARLIER)

As a loyal customer can I please suggest you consider changing the delivery services you choose to use as a third party? I understand Toll's incompetence as a company is not your fault, but it reflects poorly on your delivery service when they fail to, well, deliver.

istg @Toll_Group are the single worst delivery service I have ever encountered.
I am home all day. LITERALLY all day. The door bell is loud, so I would have heard it. My mailbox, where the no-delivery card was left, is ten feet (and easy viewing) from the front door.
