@British_Airways We didn’t check in online as we was trying to ensure that more your colleagues aren’t replaced by computers. However, as they replied “computer says no” I won’t bother in the future. Cabin crew said they’d come back and he then avoided me all flight. Useless @BritishAirwSUCK

@British_Airways what a poor airline. Just tried checking in for our business class flight back from our honeymoon to be told they have sat us apart. They now charge £70 to select seats. Shocking service, premium price. Never flying with BA again ⛔️❌👎😡 #britishairways

@British_Airways Well Ive not had to sit apart from anyone I’ve travelled with before. I don’t expect that from low fare carriers anymore. Let alone on a mid tier airline like BA on a business class ticket. Certainly lost a customer here. Thanks for ruining what was otherwise a lovely honeymoon.

@British_Airways How long has it been a policy to charge extra for seat selection on business class seats. We didn’t want to select seats, just sit together! Never seen this before and won’t see it again. From now on we’ll fly with a true premium airline @VirginAtlantic @emirates @SingaporeAir
