@elonmusk Remember you enjoy being a technologist, you don't really want this. Create a feature in X that enables someone good to rise up, have Grok keep them accountable etc. Design the tech that finds the next president, doing it yourself just slows you down.

@stevenmarkryan And at the same time, Elon suddenly decides to give the inference chip inside his car a name, AI5. Why would something previously just called "Hardware" now need a name? Maybe it needs its own branding for some reason? Maybe it's being sold to someone?

@nick41808809 @MissJilianne FSD still has a way to go before it's reliably doing the normal task of driving, not sure you would actually want Tesla to be including evasive driving in their training data just yet. It will come in time.

@farzyness Would love to know the rationale behind this. I would have thought the full price FSD should be scrapped. Allow the transfer between vehicles for those that previously bought it and just switch everyone else over to a subscription that will increase over time as it improves.

@farzyness Even if Tesla were ready with Unsupervised today, wouldn't they keep it as Supervised and then deploy the same software as Unsupervised into a Robotaxi pilot first?
