What ceasefire? They've turned Gaza is a dystopian concentration camp, an IDF weapons-testing lab with massive military cranes, surveillance, drones.

As the Lancet explained The death toll from starvation lack of medical care disease outbreaks like diarrhoea flu measles cancer heart disease diabetes and missing undervrubble is likely to exceed 680,000 while 72,000 have been directly killed by explosions bombs or snipers . Surely @iamthenas@APAN4Palestine should be invited to present to the Royal Commission? From the river to the sea all Muslims Jews Christians have the right to Truth Justice freedom human rights @IPAusNet@MRowlandMP
Israel executed Ahmad in Gaza today.
A single bullet to the head.
He wasn’t a combatant.
He was a World Central Kitchen worker — carrying humanitarian aid.
A father of two.
His youngest child is just one month old.
A rocket hasn't been fired from Gaza in 18 months. And Hamas has handed administrative control over to a technocratic interim committee. Yet the apartheid state continues killing children daily. Almost as if it's a holocaust and not a war
It is beyond belief that someone who actively supports a foreign regime widely condemned for committing genocide in one country while employing the same tactics in a second and instigating a war with a third should be seeking some control of the Australian media.
@MikeCarlton01 This has to be stopped. She wants control over our universities, our schools, our National broadcaster, the SBS, what our artists paint, our journalists write, our authors speak about. Enough is enough. Get this woman gone.
Sarah Hanson-Young fires back at Antisemitism envoy Jillian Segal’s claim that the ABC gives “too much” coverage of Israel’s war on Gaza — says Australians expect “more” reporting, not less.
“I don’t think she knows what she’s talking about.”🔥🔥
The Wikipedia entry for Rafah, a city bigger than Limerick, is now in the past tense.
It is gone. Not a single building left intact.
An entire city erased by Israel.
They are the Nazis of today.
Planned well in advance, Israel is now confident there will be zero consequences for them politically or legally as they rapidly progress their ethnic cleansing of Palestine.
Shame on those who allowed one of the greatest moral/humanitarian catastrophes to unfold.
@Sachk0 Except Modric went out as a fully functioning deep lying number 10 driving his team forward in attack with pinpoint one touch passing, and, he tackles and harasses as well. CR7s last world cup not so great
Many would disagree, however, I believe Iranian/Australian A-League referee Alireza Faghani had a great game.
In a game with so much riding on it — his decision making was overwhelmingly spot on. He kept control on the field and wasn’t intimidated by the atmosphere and fans.
He’s right.
Good on him.
It doesn’t reflect well on anyone, including the US Team who are a strong and talented group very well coached, and entirely capable of progressing without political interference.
A stain on the game that has undermined the integrity of the tournament.
This campaign is close to my heart, literally. I have an internal defibrillator & it's saved my life a couple of times. Just 5% of people in cardiac arrest outside hospital survive. That becomes 60% with quick access to a defibrillator. Please share.

I’d also say that the way Volpato has conducted himself publicly this tournament has been exemplary, especially given he has been under constant and often very harsh scrutiny for years.
He was, along with Irankunda, the player who spent the most time thanking the fans today.
