One of the best principals I ever had. There was some teachers complaining that sport coaches didn’t have to do certain duties and didn’t have to attend open house etc. they claimed favoritism. My man said “Yes you give up hundreds of hours a year outside of school, weekends, summers…all for pennies an hour? You will also gain “favorite” status and earn some leeway. Until then? Be quiet and do your job. I would have run through the wall for him!
