@Victorianplumb I have never experienced such bad customer service from a company. My shower is still leaking 6 months after it was delivered and a replacement still hasn’t arrived. Totally unacceptable and you shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

@easyJet I have around 30 flights booked that have been cancelled to the value of around £5k. I don’t want to move them or request a voucher, I would like a full refund but I have tried to get through to your call centre for the past 7 days with no luck. What can I do?

@NashTackleUK got a new R3 receiver that kills batteries even when turned off. Is this a known fault? On my 5th battery since buying a few months ago. Other than that the buzzers are brilliant.
