Two loved ones have gone through some, one of which brought a slight improvement & loads of extra PTSD caused by those supposed to help (world-renowned director). @breeadail No verdict; I've done cyclical keto for years (over 9 now), & it's been a life changer. Oxalates can be mitigated w/ proper cooking (& even adding a little baking soda), and eating veggies actually feels good, but food from healthy animals hits different & I crave that.
