@AerLingus Terrible customer service. Arrived this morning in Milan (from Dublin) with NONE of our 5 suitcases. Nobody to talk to in country. Three airports here in Milan, but can’t get us our bags for 24 hours. Hours on the phone wasted… painful beurocracy. Can’t someone help??
