What do you think is the leading cause of obesity?

@benonwine Excess carbohydrate & fructose the latter is toxic to the liver if taken too highly on a daily basis. During lockdown 20% of my body weight peeled off without dieting. Lack of pasta/rice/bread/biscuit/fruit juice worked wonders. Reverted to meat/veg diet, drinking tea/water/wine.
