The Local Communities who are involved in Livestock rearing especially sheep farming have grazing Rights also on this land. Under the garb of Desilitation work Sand Mining is being done in the area. The High Court as well as Govt is being mislead under the garb of Development Action Plan- which is the outcome of my petition in NGT- I will raise this issue in Contempt case. Hokersar was left and Shalbugh work was taken up & livelihood of local people is being snatched. This is violation of Forest Rights Act as well-

It is quite shocking to know that Electric Shocks are given to Fish in Wullar to catch them in bulk? What is @FisheriesJK doing ? They have allowed destruction of Arin Nallah in Bandipora , Doodhganga, Shaliganga, Sukhnag in Budgam, Vaishav in Kulgam, Rambiara in Shopian. On the other hand Trout Seeds are procured and put in these streams , for what ? Can Fisheries Deptt use Drones to check all this ? Can't Irrigation or Mining Deptt procure Drones to check Mining in streams ? But who cares ?

Illegal Sand & Clay Mining has now started in Nowhar Chadoora Karewa land. This is an illegall work done again without any Environmental Clearance. The horticulture land , apple orchard and Environment is under threat. DMO Budgam is taking money against these illegal works. I only can't raise my voice but every conscience citizen has to come forward. I get ag least two dozen calls daily on Mining issues frlm different areas of Budgam, Kulgam and Pulwama especially.

Why are MLAs of Chararsharief, Chadoora, Khansahib, Beerwah, Pulwama , Rajpora, Kulgam and other places mum over Mining issue ? Be it Riverbed Mining, Clay Mining or Sand Mining in Karewas of Pulwama , Chadoora, Budgam, Chararsharief, Khansahib, Beeru & other Places

Why is Open Loot allowed ? Why are DCs of not acting? DMOs have No Accountability at all. Why isn't this entire process streamlined ?
Why are our resources looted and not even 5 % of of material cost goes into Govt Exchequer?

Completely agree! Had such an experience recently at Skims. But I think it is because we Kashmiri's have overhyped the profession. I have lived across multiple cities across country and never seen doctors as arrogant as are in Kashmir. PS: Not all of them.
