@Timb0_Kn0ws@InsideUSC I think the issue is ND vs USC as a kickoff game every year conflicted with 3 other series ND is already committed to. Understandably USC doesnt want ND in the heat of B1G schedule either. Just sucks honestly
@Cruzhastogo@PeteSampson_ Winning 3 playoff games last year and going 11-1 regular season has no meaning? Jesus at some point just give it a rest. 1 team wins a championship every year, that doesn't make EVERY other game meaningless.
@ScottCanfield14@stoolpresidente 5 teams benefit from a conference in this format, 7 are all on the same playing field based off of human ranking. ND is penalized for not being in a conference.
@CoachD178 Agreed with much of what you posted. Offensively, it has felt like ND simply overcomplicated EVERYTHING. NFL schemes that keep freshman on the sideline every single year since Holtz. All that being said, I don't feel like Lronard has the ability to push the ball down the field
@novstar@NicholasMoreano@novstar YOU ARE CORRECT! Previous play with Herbert had a read option which forced hesitation on the DE. The fumble had the RB run a quick out to the flat so the DE was free to the QB. This is bad play design, plain and simple.
@NicholasMoreano Or you could maybe not run a "dirty edge" with zero playaction or read. Can't for the life of me figure out why an unblocked DE that runs a 4.6 40 coming at your unprotected QB is good play design. At least put in a TE to chip or tell the OT to block for a second.
