@AmericanAir you need to do better. You canceled a leg of my flight and refused to book me on next available flight (there were two flights with seats available that day) instead forced me to take a refund and rebook full itinerary at higher cost. Shameful tactic to make money

@AmericanAir Exactly my thoughts which is why I feel strongly I was treated wrongly. I was given the excuse it’s a “different cabin class” mind you I am booked in coach and it is not an upgrade in cabin class. If you DM me I can provide my number and details on flights.
