Paid immediately and reached out to customer service about how this could have happened and to ensure that anything reported to credit bureaus was rescinded and was told this is impossible (although ALL collectors have the ability to do that) and to reach out to experian. INSANE
@OptimumHelp I updated my card after my old one expired… my account is set to autopay and I have paperless comm. set up. You continued to try to charge my expired card so my bills went unpaid for 2 months and I was never alerted-only found out when service was disconnected

We (meaning mostly Twitter but also many media outlets generally) need to stop worrying about the anti-vax hardliners and pay lots more attention to persuadables who will get their shots if it means they can sit in their favorite bar again.
I don’t have data to back it up yet but restaurateurs are telling me that since NYC opened up, customers are leaving more critical reviews of restaurants and expectations are at pre-pandemic levels. Please remember restaurants are still in crisis & operating very short staffed.
I worked a mid priced restaurant and one night the FOH manager told me he was going to put a glass of wine on the menu for $45. He told me to put a crudo on for $35. We sold both out on the first turn. Neither was worth the price, but people perceived it as luxury.
