Who is the Worst Politician of the Year?

That is Gentner Drummond who is running for Governor of Oklahoma in 2026

1. Fought the Trump Administration this year at the Supreme Court over school choice

2. Publicly blamed his wife for a donation to Joe Biden that was in his name and dismissed Lincoln Project donations as “her business”

3. Gave State Rep. Ty Burns only a misdemeanor after he attempted to gouge his wife's eyes out and run his own daughter off the road, despite statewide calls for resignation, Drummond said it was up to him because they are political allies. He took over this case and got a deal done in a day.

4. Was caught on camera telling a grassroots activist: “I’m a grown a** Attorney General, I don’t need your vote.”

5. He dodged Eric Swalwell’s question on both of the Trump impeachments. He said:
A. “That’s outside my lane” on 1st impeachment
B. “I don’t have an opinion” on 2nd impeachment

6. Sue Ann Arnall, a top Clinton fundraiser, hosted a major fundraiser for him (July 2025)

7. Said on a podcast: “Do we really want public school teachers teaching your Baptist child if they are Catholic?”

8. Justice Samuel Alito rebuked Drummond’s legal stance against St. Isidore as motivated by “hostility toward religion”

9. Sided with the ACLU to delay Oklahoma’s transgender surgery ban

10. Refused to join 16 AGs suing to block Biden’s immigration pathway plan

11. Declined to join AGs opposing Biden’s move to classify gender dysphoria as a disability

12. Did not join 17 AGs seeking to prosecute Fauci at the state level

13. Used his AG office to endorse RINOs over pro-Trump candidates in 2024

14. Requested a 1,200% budget increase in 2024 ($52.5 million more than the previous year

15. Refused to endorse President Trump in the 2024 GOP primary

As a rancher, I say that if people don’t blink at buying $5 bags of Cheetos, $7 lattes, and $200 pairs of shoes made overseas in a sweat shop, they can pay us what our product is worth. I’m sick of people acting as if we are the bad guy when we are the ones facing the skyrocketing input costs and taking all the risks. We are the ones busting ice in the dead of winter. We are the ones paying 8% on equipment loans.

Nobody is entitled to cheap beef.

I was bored so I researched the average price of ground beef in August 2015, which was $5.86 per pound. Using an inflation calculator, I determined that $5.86 in August 2015 would be equivalent to $7.97 in August 2025. Ground beef in August of 2025 actually averaged at $6.32. 🤔
