@DBurkland Sorry to hear that. I’ve been frustrated by this bug since 14.2. Was really hoping the fixed it.
Give the accelerator a little bump and that will snap it out of its confusion.
@ChuckCook Should have been:
-Behavior
-Location
-Safety and Law
-Other
Location in encompasses both navigation errors and lane selection issues. Don’t need a preference option. If I disconnect and no reason is provided then it is safe to assume that is my preference.
@EchoplexSE I’ve been so frustrated I stopped using it until a new release drops. For me, it’s so unbelievably timid on lane changes I can’t take it anymore. Blinker for 5 sec., start changing lanes, hesitate, sit there for a while, finally slowly execute. Takes 45 seconds.
@TeslaTruckClub That said, I agree the price is too high. Again, most don’t understand you pay now for what your GOING to get as well as what it can do now.
@TeslaTruckClub Another issue is free trials before it’s perfected. People tried it once, several software versions ago, and think they know what it’s like. They don’t understand software updates. My own brother in law tried V12 and has no interest in it now.
@TeslaTruckClub I completely agree, the double stop is dangerous and will cause rear end collisions. I guess I misunderstood your original post and assumed you were also talking about stops with stop lines and crosswalks in which case the car does need to stop prior to.
@SawyerMerritt Ability to ping other teslas for real-time traffic reporting. One example would be identifying fastest lane during high traffic scenarios on freeway.
I purchased solar in June. All permits have been approved for a month, but my account shows otherwise. I have literally been waiting a month for someone at @tesla to click a button. Now, Tesla just told me I will likely miss my window for the tax credit. I will have to cancel.
@tesla Can we update maps to drop the unnecessary waypoints? I know I’m staying on the freeway. I don’t need to see every time an exit only lane ends. This does me no good.
All 50 states would block @elonmusk from teaching a high-school physics class because he doesn’t have an arbitrary government-issued "teaching certificate." We’ve got professionals and retirees in all 50 states—engineers who built bridges, pilots who’ve flown across the world, and doctors and nurses who’ve saved lives—who would love to volunteer to teach. Yet they can’t because teachers unions have lobbied to create barriers. State governors should tear down these barriers and invite professionals and retirees into our schools to teach and inspire young Americans.
Hey @elonmusk , we need a “dislike” button on our X feed. You’re only getting half the picture. For instance, I don’t like soccer, but my feed sure seems to think I do. No easy way to tell it otherwise.
@afisch07395394@Tesla True about roundabouts. I turn into a BMW driver there and don’t use my blinker. Honestly, I have been driving for 35 years and never knew that was the law until my FSD started doing it. Ignorance is bliss I guess.
What do you mean you have to push it more than once though?
