@KostekMilan Looks like LBBB and ST, then an ectopic beat unmasks supernormal conduction, causing 2:1 LBBB. The CL stays the same, so phase 3 or 4 abber. seems unlikely. Im not sure about the exact EP mechanism behind, but it looks really interesting. Curious what the ECG experts think

@Frances98392343 Thanks for your thoughts. I actually leaned toward that explanation as well, but it looks to me like the P waves are regular and each complex here is conducted (no PVC). Lead I makes this clearer in my view but of course, I might not be correct

@Ecgloverr Thank you for your opinion. I considered this version, but it seems to me that the P waves are in a regular rhythm and every complex here is conducted. This better see in lead I for me but maybe I'm wrong. As for the patient's history, I completely agree with you 🤝
