@weslvy a lot of hexes could be buffed, but boons are underused and can be powerful or useless.
they are unreliable compared to the meta of sb, finesse, ds, dh, vigil, stb, hyperfocus stake out.
boons are a smaller percentage of use and value compared to these perks
