@easyJet Hi, when our flights were cancelled, Easyjet ground staff told us that we could go to Skybreak agency and pay for alternative economy BA flights as Easyjet would cover any difference in cost. Can you please confirm that we will get ot £££ back? Thank you

@virginmedia Yes 21.20. It's really frustrating that we don't receive the service paid for, twice in 2 days. As mentioned I need to work at home tmw and will be relying on broadband. I appreciate your sentiments but what I need is a service which works
