This vehicle was stopped going 108 MPH in a 60 MPH zone SB I-5 near SR-18 in Federal Way. Driver had no license, no insurance and expired tabs. He left with a $1800 ticket.

Crashing at 108 MPH would be devastating. Slow down!!!
