@TUIUKcares @ChloeLauren lead passenger. She phoned the customer services team first to ask how to use voucher. They told her to book online and then take confirmation into a store who would then refund the amount on card. She even took it to store card was from with receipts! @TUIUK

Sister got a £500 TUI gift card to spend in store or online according to the T&Cs. Told to book the holiday online and take booking info and card into a store to get money back by customer services. Store refusing to do this as online is different company! #disgraceful @TUIUK
