Our women workers were assaulted and molested in broad daylight as those entrusted with safeguarding the public stood by as mute spectators. Such a flagrant abdication of duty raises profound questions about the state of law enforcement and the sanctity of the rule of law itself.

Why is @BJP4India so afraid of Trinamool Congress workers? Why were people exercising their democratic rights made to fight for their lives in a hospital instead?

Today, #Bengal witnessed the BJP’s true face. Beyond politics of vendetta, intimidation and violence, they seem to have little to offer. Their workers have been reduced to instruments of hooliganism rather than participants in a democratic process.

The people of Bengal will judge.

The Hon'ble High Court granted permission for today's protest march. Yet, @BJP4Bengal goons threatened our Hon'ble Chairperson, @MamataOfficial. Since morning, they have unleashed chaos near her residence, continuously creating unrest while the POLICE ADMINISTRATION STOOD BY AS MUTE SPECTATORS.

Such brazen hooliganism and such a state of lawlessness have never been witnessed in #Bengal. Under @BJP4India, every single day marks a NEW LOW.

Even our women workers were not spared from these violent acts. We strongly condemn the repeated attacks on our workers and reaffirm our unwavering resolve to fight back through democratic means.

BJP’s Twitter trolls, bankrolled by Amit Malviya, are peddling desperate lies again.

They’ve twisted Smt. @MamataOfficial’s speech to claim she predicted 300 seats. In her virtual address, Didi can clearly be heard saying that Trinamool Congress is on track for a landslide, securing 226 seats in 2026, and comfortably crossing 230.

But how would the Bohiragotos know? These are the same people who call Bengali a "Bangladeshi language" and claim "there is no such language as Bengali." If you can’t even comprehend the language of the soil, you have no business trying to rule it.

Brush up on your Bengali vocabulary, Gujarat and Delhi Babus, before you dare come at us. On May 4th, this election will democratically bury your arrogance into the pages of history.

BJP’s game plan is out in the open, and it is a blueprint for failure.

They deleted legitimate voters through SIR. They failed. They purged neutral officials and installed their own stooges. That failed too. They even attempted a midnight heist at the Netaji Indoor Stadium strongroom to tamper with EVMs, only for Smt. @MamataOfficial to anticipate and foil their dirty tricks.

Left with no other move, at 1:08 PM on April 29th, they sent a coercive directive to media houses, bankrolling them to broadcast manipulated exit poll figures. This is a desperate psychological war to weaken our resolve. Like every past conspiracy, this too will collapse.

Didi has seen through their facade, and for those who know her, her ishara is kaafi.

BJP and their compromised Election Commission have no idea who they are dealing with.

They have imported operatives from other states to swarm the area outside the Netaji Indoor Stadium, staging a media spectacle to mask their fear. We do not need to mobilize. At one command from Smt. @MamataOfficial, 10,000 people would descend upon that area in minutes.

We choose peace because we respect the law, not because we fear you. But do not mistake our civility for weakness. Try to touch a single EVM, try to heist the people’s mandate, and you will face the full, unbridled consequences of your actions. Didi has shown the way today by guarding the front lines herself.

We are mindful. We are vigilant. Any attempt at tampering will face the wrath of the people. Heed this warning. Bengal will not be looted.

BJP’s hostility towards Bengal and its people has now crossed all limits.

First, they called us “Bangladeshi” for speaking in our mother tongue Bengali. Then they labelled us “Rohingyas” for eating fish. And now, the @BJP4India has sunk to a new low, openly equating Bengal with Pakistan.

They have dubbed Diamond Harbour as the ‘Lyari of Bengal’, a deeply insulting and humiliating comparison that is being shamelessly amplified by their Godi Media.

Why this continuous otherisation of Bengal? Is it because despite pumping in unlimited money, muscle and Central Forces, the BJP has miserably failed to gain even a foothold in this state? Does that now give them the right to call us Pakistanis?

A state that sacrificed the most blood for India’s freedom is being treated with utter despise, contempt and hatred by the Delhi Zamindars. This is deep-seated hatred and cultural aggression against Bengal. Bengal will never accept this humiliation.

We had predicted it, and now it has happened.

Within days of the second phase of polling in Bengal, @BJP4India has mercilessly hiked the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders by a massive ₹993 across the country. They have also increased the price of LPG used for autos by another ₹6.44 per litre.

This is nothing short of a catastrophe for small businesses, poor and vulnerable workers, auto drivers, office-goers and regular commuters.

During the entire election campaign, Narendra Modi and his entire Cabinet lied to the people with straight faces. They deliberately delayed these price hikes to create a false sense of complacency and avoid public anger during voting.

Now that the elections are over, the Mehngai Man Modi has stabbed the common people of this country in the back once again. An absolute disgrace of a Prime Minister!

And this is only the first blow. Once the results are announced, BJP will come after the price of domestic LPG cylinders as well. People will not forget this treachery.

Today, our delegation met @CEOWestBengal and registered a strong objection regarding the repeated and highly suspicious disruptions in CCTV surveillance at multiple strong rooms where polled EVMs and VVPATs are stored.

This is a direct and deliberate violation of @ECISVEEP own guidelines, which clearly mandate 24×7 uninterrupted CCTV surveillance with continuous recording and access for authorised party representatives.

We have made strong demands to:
👉 Immediately compile a complete report of all instances of CCTV malfunction, disruption, or downtime across every strong room in the state.
👉 Provide full, unedited CCTV recordings along with detailed logs showing all periods of interruption.
👉 Restore all CCTV systems to full, uninterrupted functionality with real-time monitoring and accountability for every lapse.
👉 Ensure continuous and unrestricted access to the surveillance feed for authorised representatives as per ECI protocols.

Any attempt to tamper with the mandate of the people through technical sabotage will not be tolerated.

And yet Narendra Modi, Amit Shah and the entire BJP top-brass have been relentlessly parroting the lie that women are safe under their rule. This is the medieval barbarity their "safe" states deliver every single day.

A party that has failed to offer BHAROSA to women in every single state where it holds power had the audacity to promise it to Bengal. The women of Bengal saw through it, and they have given their answer.
