Horrific experience on Train 19568 (Kalyan-Pune) today. Boarded with valid unreserved tkt (UTS: 94P5ER7476). Checked IRCTC, saw S4-75 was vacant. Went to TTE (Badge 2259) to legitimately pay difference + penalty for upgrade. He demanded a bribe to "settle for less".
