You can now mod Claude Code:
- Change how it behaves
- Customize the UI
- Swap in your own features
Write one with a few lines of TypeScript, or have Claude build it for you. Mods ship inside plugins, so you install them with /plugin in the CLI or desktop app.
A few examples:
Meta is making a tamagotchi for its AI? Cute, I've had a few on my desktop for a few weeks 🐣
Tamaclaudchi is a (cute) Claude session manager to see and monitor all your Claude sessions at once
Made in collaboration with @romfbr31 and more features to come with @RamaAdrien
@ToruO_O@JitendraMalikCV@Michael_J_Black@Ken_Goldberg@phillip_isola Interestingly similar questions have been raised for a while in the art community; I don't think a good answer has been found yet (e.g. should art used for training be credited? Who owns the copyright of a generation? How to thrive as an artist when AI can "steal" a style, etc)
Random weekend project: Steins;Git ⚙️ : A Steins;Gate inspired git tree visualizer.
It gives every branch a divergence number to show how far it has drifted from main, kind of like the worldline you're on.

With AI coding agents around, the number of branches and commits are exploding. I want an easier way to explore what everyone in the repo, and check how far my research is drifting from their branch
VLMs insert images in the text stream directly. Every image token then sits in the KV cache forever, so the longer the video, the more memory you burn.
With cross attention, the memory stops growing: For a sreaming video: 6.1 GB rather than 29.5, and 5-6x the frame rate.
I'll be at #ECCV2026 this week, feel free to reach out!
Among others I'll be presenting CASA on Thursday morning 10:30 - 12:30, poster #426 in the ExHall.
Come for the poster, stay for the stickers :) (this is shaping to be a tradition)
Several of us are at ECCV this week 🇸🇪. Here is a visual recap of where to find us👇
And if you haven't planned your workshop days yet, @nico_dufour made a webapp over the weekend to get a comprehensive view of all speakers+events across workshops. Link below + more details soon
