This is the US House’s Churchill or Chamberlain moment when it comes to helping a democracy and standing up to an invading thug. Tonight we chose Churchill. We are not done yet though. We have two more votes before this fully passes the House. Moral clarity and freedom must win.
🚨The missile Iran fired today should prove to every sane human being that “we are only targeting US base” is total nonsense; they targeted Dubai unprovoked!
This regime can’t stay; shame on the cowards who can’t say these words out loud.
Yes. This is transparently the plan. It is a destructive and unconstitutional plan. And it can be stopped. It can even be turned into an electoral issue that hurts Trump. But only if we face this now.
🤯 I have no words...
A new 🇺🇦 Ukrainian girl joined us today, Anastasia, she never soldered a day in her life, within just TWO hours we got her to a standard greater than 99% of the builders out there, I'm honestly shocked.
Ukrainians KICK ASS.
What's so confusing to me in this debate whether Congress or the president should be the one who decides if we go to war is who in their right mind wants that in the hands of a single individual?ANY individual?!There's a reason the Founders didn't want that, and it's common sense.
I spoke with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain. His Majesty outlined the situation in Bahrain and across the region. There are various challenges, particularly due to Iranian ballistic missile and drone strikes. Like Bahrain, Ukraine did not want to experience this, but we understand well what constant missile and drone attacks are and how to counter them. We discussed how we can cooperate in this area and agreed that our teams will stay in contact. There must be stronger protection of lives in the Middle East as well as in Europe.
REVENGE OF THE NERDS
Since the beginning of the Ukraine war, I’ve screamed that SLOWER air threats (like Shaheds) pose a significant risk. The reason? Much of it is geeky electromagnetic spectrum / electronic warfare stuff that put decision makers to sleep: Doppler notches, gain attenuation, filtering, etc.
Now, ‘US leaders acknowledge Shaheds are a major challenge and US Air Defenses can’t stop them.’
No sh!t, Sherlock.
@denvercunning I was working in Abu Dhabi when the missiles started to come in and am now in Dubai trying to get back to the US. I have personally witnessed many Patriot intercepts. As far as I am aware all of the damage in the UAE is from intercept debris.
