@Burgess7281975 The Filioque most certainly changed the trinity. Orthodox Church states it as the primary reason for the schism. Fact. documented. End.
I find your reference to finances especially naïve or maybe dishonest. Your church has an estimated $100 billion to incalculable net worth, all held secretly with gold thrones, faults protecting untold art and gems - surrounded by a wall to keep people outside. It has protected deviants, murdered 10s of thousands over the centuries and elevated the kingdom of Roman Catholicism at the expense of godliness.
@wcmclaa He who sits on a gold throne and oversees wealth that is estimated between hundreds of billions to incalculable; he who oversees a vast bureaucracy that watches millions starve while polishing its hoard of gems should be denied.
Yeshua was the standard Hebrew and Aramaic form of the name in first-century Judea. It shows up on ossuaries, in Dead Sea Scroll papyri, and in the Septuagint — which rendered both Yeshua and Yehoshua as Iēsous two centuries before Jesus was born. So the Greek form isn’t a native Greek name; it’s a transliteration of a Hebrew one.
