Up until now I don’t know how it’s possible to impede traffic on a road that has 60km/hr. I guess I was driving at 20km/hr which is really impossible. As much as you are collecting the fines I think if you really care for the citizens you should also verify the fines.

@Rwandapolice I understand traffic police officers that ride on the bikes have a set target to meet and this makes them look for any offense available but at some point I guess they have to fake certain incidents in order to come up with a fine.
